Sing it, sister! Reese Witherspoon reprised her role as June Carter Cash in Walk the Line on Saturday, May 17.

The actress, who won a Best Actress Oscar for her role in the movie back in 2005, joined country singer Kenny Chesney onstage for a special duet of Johnny Cash's "Jackson" at the House of Blues in New Orleans.

The 38-year-old and other celebs are currently in New Orleans to raise funds for Drew Brees' The Dream Foundation and Matthew McConaughey's charity, Just Keep Livin'.

Witherspoon was clearly excited at the chance to sing with Chesney. The actress, who looked stunning in a white lace dress and hot pink lipstick, shared a close-up snap with the country crooner with the caption, "Singing with Kenny C #NOLA #amazingnight #jkl."
