Every inch of this performance was perfect! Miranda Lambert and Meghan Trainor delivered a flawless duet of the smash single, "All About That Bass," at the 2014 Country Music Association Awards in Nashville, Tenn., on Wednesday, Nov. 5.
Lambert, 30, and Trainor, 20, took to the stage before their country crooning cohorts wearing flirty A-line frocks. The duo harmonized in unison as they sang the platinum-selling hit and playfully stared each other down. The song, though not a country hit, gave the singers a chance to showcase their impressive soulful vocal chops.
Crowd shots included Lambert's husband Blake Shelton, smiling with pride, as well as country music royalty Faith Hill and Tim McGraw enjoying the hit. See pics of all the glam stars at the CMAs.
Lambert gave a preview of their booty-bumping performance on Tuesday, after rehearsing with Trainor for the CMAs. "Bringin' Booty Back!" the "Somethin' Bad" collaborator wrote alongside a pic with her pal.
Trainor, meanwhile, excitedly shared a photo from her duet with Lambert early Thursday. Her widely anticipated debut album, Title, will be released on Jan. 13, 2015.
