It's all Britney, bitch! Britney Spears sparked Photoshop rumors following her smokin' hot January/February 2015 Women's Health magazine cover and spread, but in a behind-the-scenes video posted by TMZ, it's clear the Queen of Pop really does look that good.
In the video, the "Perfume" singer looks just as toned as she does in the jaw-dropping photos. Her makeup, which made her nose and cheeks more sculpted, is seemingly the result of simple contouring.
The mom of two, 33, who stuns on the cover in a peach bikini and black blazer, credits dancing up a storm for her fit physique.
"Dancing is a great cardio workout," the "Work B**ch" singer said. "Tough and fun at the same time."
And while she dances up a storm almost daily during her Las Vegas shows, the former Disney star still hits the gym. "I start with 20 minutes of intense cardio — usually running — [and then] move on to light free weights, body-weight exercises such as push-ups, squats, and sit-ups, then finish it off with a stretch," she told the mag.
Spears admits she also watches what she eats. "I'm really into raw food — sushi basically," she revealed, adding that she does indulge in snacks like Nut Thins and "any kind of fruit."
