The No Doubt singer, 44, explained how her eldest child Kingston had been praying for another sibling. "He has a direct link to God, basically," Stefani joked. "He asked me, 'Mom, are you gonna have a baby? I want you to have a baby.'"

For the celebrity mom, two young boys — Kingston, 8, and Zuma, 6 — were already enough to handle. "I was like, 'It's over,'" she recalled telling her eldest son. "'We're not having any more. This is our family.'"

Unrelenting and wanting another playmate in his family, little Kingston turned his attention to the heavens above and prayed. Imitating her son, Stefani told the late-night host that he would close his eyes, clasp his hands and say: "'Dear God, please let my mom have a baby. Please, God! Please let my mom have a baby!'"

According to Stefani, Kingston repeated this prayer every single night. "And four weeks later, I was pregnant!" she said. Meyers joked that Stefani must be scared whenever Kingston prays now. "He prays for everything," Stefani said laughing. "'Please, God, please let me have another cupcake… Yes!' He really believes."
