Scott Disick bought his own Beverly Hills mansion for over $3.6 million, Us Weekly can exclusively confirm -- get the details

Lord Disick has yet another place to call home. Scott Disick — who welcomed baby No. 3 (Reign) with Kourtney Kardashian earlier this month — has purchased his very own mansion, Us Weekly can exclusively confirm.

Disick, 31, bought the lavish Beverly Hills estate for a whopping $3.69 million. It includes five bedrooms, six baths, and is 4,095 square feet, making it the perfect space for daughter Penelope, 2, and sons Mason, 5, and Reign to run around in.

The new space is not for his family nor a bachelor pad, however. “Scott bought the house as an investment — he plans to redo and flip it. It’s his new career path,” a source tells Us. “Scott went over finishes and marbles [Tuesday] along with Kourtney and her sisters.”

Disick’s new digs comes as Us Weekly reports of mounting tensions at home with Kardashian. Weeks before welcoming Reign on Dec. 14, the couple booked a room at a Four Seasons resort to focus on their relationship.

“The trip was a fixer-upper,” a source previously told Us of the babymoon. “If Scott can’t get his act together she’s ending things after the baby comes.”

Disick’s substance abuse struggles have gotten out of control in recent months. Back in June, he was hospitalized for alcohol poisoning after taking sleeping pills. After leaving rehab early, he got into an argument with Kardashian, 35, about their living situation. (The clip was shown on a Nov. 30 episode of Kourtney & Khloe Take the Hamptons.)

“I just think this is gonna be like a long road of figuring everything out,” Kardashian said, explaining that they may need more space from each other to figure out their issues. “I don’t want to just fall back into the same routine.”

Frustrated, Disick replied: “How much more space do you need? We haven’t slept together in five years. What’s the difference?”
