No tan lines! Victoria's Secret model Alessandra Ambrosio went topless while sunbathing with two female pals in Brentwood, Calif., on Saturday, July 26.
"Brazilian time out," the 33-year-old wrote via Instagram. "#sunworship #cali #brazilianbabes #foreveronvacation."
In the snapshot, Ambrosio and her friends are lying on their stomachs on a towel. All have their heads turned to their left and have their toned legs crossed. (It isn't clear which one is the Brazilian native, but she's wearing Solid and Striped bathing suit bottoms.)
Ambrosio recently revealed her bikini workout secrets in the June 2014 issue of Self magazine. "When you're in a bikini, your abs are the most important," she said. "I like doing bridges, and I'll also finish a workout with 100 bicycle crunches." As for her back, "25 Supermans" is the way to go. (A Superman exercise strengthens the lower back by lying straight and face down and raising both arms and legs.)
An area she doesn't concentrate on as much, however, is her arms. "Throwing my kids in the air helps already," she said, referring to daughter Anja, 4, and son Noah, 2, her kids with fiance Jamie Mazur. Then, joking, she added: "Plus, as a Brazilian, I know the last thing a man is going to look at—even after your feet—is your arms!"
"Having a perfect body isn't everything," she told the mag. "A perfect butt doesn’t make an amazing person. It’s about feeling confident."
