With them forever! Teen Mom stars Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra have honored their newborn daughter Novalee Reign with respective tattoos. The MTV couple, who gave their first child, Carly, up for adoption in 2009, shared their new ink on Instagram on Monday and Tuesday, Feb. 17.
While Novalee’s mom opted to go with a small footprint of her tiny foot, her father, decided to go big.
“Two day session complete thanks to @lancekellarstudios who did an amazing job on my #NovaleeReign tattoo. This representation that I will always protect her is PERFECT! Thanks Lance! #WatchfulProtector #SilentGuardian,” Baltierra captioned a close-up shot of his tattoo, which consists of Novalee’s name spelled out in Batman script above another version of the superhero.
The decision to go with Batman has clearly been on the 22-year-old dad’s mind. Last month after the arrival of his little girl, Baltierra shared a throwback photo of himself as a child dressed as Batman. “When I truly believed I was Batman lol #ThrowBack #IWasBatman,” he captioned the snap.
As previously reported by Us, baby Novalee was born on Thursday, Jan. 1 and weighed in at 6 pounds, 12 ounces, and measured 19.5 inches.
"Momma Bear holding our little angel!" Baltierra shared with fans after her arrival. "Can't tell you the feeling of witnessing this. Look at my beautiful bride to be! That woman is beyond strong, caring, and selfless. Couldn't have asked for a better little family #Blessed #NewYearBaby #MyGirls #AreMyWorld."
