According to the website, the neighbor told police that several of the actress’ dogs were inside his garage when he used a pellet gun to scare away the animals. The neighbor claimed that he had no intention of killing any of them, and that Hayek’s dogs would routinely come onto his property and attack his own pooches while under the supervision of a caretaker.

As previously reported, Hayek, 49, found her pup dead at her Yelm, Washington, ranch last month.

“I haven't posted for a week as I been mourning the death of my dog, Mozart who I personally delivered out of his mother's womb. He was found dead in my ranch last Friday with a shot close to his heart. I am hoping that the Washington State authorities do justice to this wonderful dog whom in 9 years never bit or attacked anyone. He loved his territory and never strayed away…he was the most loving and loyal companion. He didn't deserve a slow and painful death,” Hayek captioned a photo of Mozart on Instagram Friday, February 26.

#muerte #perro #justiciaporlosanimales
