It’s been a busy year for the Trump household! Ivanka Trump welcomed her third child, a baby boy, with husband Jared Kushner on Sunday, March 27.
“Jared and I feel incredibly blessed to announce the arrival of Theodore James Kushner,” the 34-year-old businesswoman captioned an Instagram pic announcing her son's arrival. “Jared, Arabella, Joseph and I are so excited to welcome this sweet little boy in to our family!”
The proud mom later shared the first pic of her baby boy on Facebook, writing, "My heart is full."
The shoe designer and Kushner, 35, are already parents to two children — daughter Arabella, 5, and son Joseph, 2.
The pair announced they were expecting their third baby last September via a cute home video that involved the former Apprentice star and their two children holding up cardboard cutout numbers.
Ivanka hasn’t let her baby bump slow her down, however. The entrepreneur has tagged along on the campaign trail with her father, Donald Trump, who is the GOP front-runner, whenever possible. In February, the presidential candidate gave a sweet nod to his daughter’s impending bundle of joy.
“I have a great family, I just really want to thank all of you,” he said during a campaign stop in South Carolina. “And Ivanka, we have a hospital ready just in case, and South Carolina, we’re going to have a baby and there’s nothing wrong with that. It could be any second. It could even be before I’m finished [giving this speech].”
For her part, Ivanka has remained an avid supporter of her father despite his often-controversial words.
“Well, I’m his daughter,” she told Town & Country in an interview published in December. “In a political capacity, I don’t [disagree with him]. It’s his campaign. I don’t feel that’s my role. But I would challenge him as a child. That’s what children do. [My daughter] Arabella challenges me every day.”
