Almost fifteen years and still going strong! Both Reese Witherspoon and Selma Blair took to social media on Friday, January 8, to share an adorable photo of the two of them together on the 2001 set of Legally Blonde.
“Vivian and Elle,” Blair captioned the photo, referencing her and Witherspoon’s characters. “#tbt with a surprise appearance by #osgoodperkins @reesewitherspoon #legallyblonde #happymemories.”

In the throwback photo, the pair look giddy — and oh so young! — as they grin at the camera. Blair, 43, wears a checker-print sweater and matching beret, while Witherspoon, 39, accessories with Elle’s tiny chihuahua pup in a bag.

The hit early aughts flick was Witherspoon’s breakout role, making her a household name. In it, she plays Elle Woods, a wannabe lawyer who is determined to win back her boyfriend Warner Huntington III (Matthew Davis) after he dissed her by calling her “too blonde” — by enrolling in Harvard law school.
Blair played Woods’ nemesis, Vivian Kensington, the woman who stole Huntington away from Elle and tries to take her down.
The film also starred Luke Wilson, Victor Garber, Jennifer Coolidge and Ali Larter.
