Ozzy Osbourne stepped out in Los Angeles on Monday, May 9, after Us Weekly confirmed that he and his wife of 33 years, Sharon, have separated.
The rocker, 67, was spotted wearing what appeared to be his wedding band while carrying his dog.
Sharon took the day off from work on Monday and did not appear on The Talk. Her cohost Julie Chen addressed her absence, telling viewers that the 63-year-old wasn’t appearing due to the news about her marriage.
“There were many tabloid headlines this past weekend about her and Ozzy. Rumors and speculation that they have split up after nearly 34 years of marriage. Sharon understandably took today off,” Chen explained. “We are sending all of our love to her and to her family, and we ask that you do the same.”
As previously reported by Us, the couple are no longer living together, although a source noted to E! that their split “has nothing to do with Ozzy’s sobriety.”
“Sharon kicked him out and thinks he’s having an affair,” an insider told Us, adding that “this has happened before. Hopefully it will blow over.”
The longtime couple are parents to Aimee, 32, Kelly, 31, and Jack, 30.
