On cloud nine! Blac Chyna was the guest of honor at a baby shower in L.A.’s Woodland Hills neighborhood on Sunday, October 2, Us Weekly can confirm.
The lavish, cloud-themed bash (thrown by Chyna’s best friend Sylvia Karapetian) was held at a private estate in a gated community, a source tells Us. Chyna, 28, arrived with family and friends on a party bus. Watch Chyna arrive with her entourage in the video above!
Two very special guests were also in attendance: dad-to-be Rob Kardashian and kinda-sorta brother-in-law Scott Disick. As previously reported, the George Arthur sock designer, 29, previously bailed on a baby shower last week that his famous sisters had planned for him. He learned that they were filming the party for Keeping Up With the Kardashians and wanted no part of it.
At the Oct. 2 bash, however, Rob was all smiles. He and Disick, 33, even posed together in a photo booth. “Love u bob @robkardashian,” Disick captioned the Instagram pic. Some of the props they used included a black top hat, a “Love Her” sign and a pink baby bottle.
As Us exclusively revealed in July, the couple are expecting a baby girl. The Lashed Bar owner received plenty of presents for the little one at Sunday’s shindig, including oversized teddy bears and a baby Range Rover.
“Gifts were massive,” the source says. “Her friends were definitely spoiling her with the gifts.” As previously reported, other items they put on their baby registry was a $370 stroller, baby bibs and a diaper genie.
The estate was decorated with white and gray flowers by Petals LA, the source adds. There were balloons and floral chairs for both Chyna and Rob.
“The cloud theme was carried over in details from the invites down to the flowers, and to the cake, which was suspended from above on a cloud of balloons,” the source tells Us. “The flowers were made to look like clouds as a base for it to sit on.” (Us exclusively shared a photo of the invite last week.)
Chyna appeared elated while celebrating the big day. She even stepped away to FaceTime her future sister-in-law Kim Kardashian. The Selfish author, 35, was overseas for Paris Fashion Week at the time. Hours after the phone call, she was robbed at gunpoint and tied up inside her Paris apartment, while five men raided the property. She was unharmed and flew back home to the States later in the day.
