The TV personality has also extended an invite to Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, whose recent pneumonia diagnosis has generated headlines.

As previously reported by Us Weekly, the former secretary of state, 68, left a 9/11 memorial service in New York City Sunday, September 11, early, when she felt “overheated.” Her doctor revealed the next day, after footage surfaced of Clinton being helped into a van by secret service, that she had been diagnosed with pneumonia on Friday, September 9.

Trump, 70, previously reacted to his opponent’s illness on CNBC’s Squawk Box on Monday, September 12. The controversial businessman said it’s “quite sad” that she fell ill and that he hopes she “gets well soon.”

“It’s interesting because they say pneumonia, but she was coughing very, very badly a week ago,” the former Celebrity Apprentice host added. “It’s very interesting to see what’s going on.”

On Monday, Clinton tweeted that she’s feeling better. “Thanks to everyone who’s reached out with well wishes! I’m feeling fine and getting better,” she shared.
