Jimmy Kimmel is at it again! The Jimmy Kimmel Live! host tapped some of the biggest names in country music for the latest edition of his popular Mean Tweets segment, which aired on Wednesday, November 2, after the 2016 Country Music Association Awards.
Miranda Lambert, Little Big Town, Florida Georgia Line and Dolly Parton were among the many country musicians who are asked to read insulting (but hilarious!) tweets about themselves.
“The guys from Florida Georgia Line were engineered in a douche factory,” Tyler Hubbard of the Nashville-based country duo read aloud, before joking: “Right down the road from here actually!”
Lambert, 32, read a cruel tweet about herself. “In case of a national emergency, all air traffic will be redirected to Miranda Lambert’s forehead,” she said, staring blankly at the camera as sad music played in the background.
Karen Fairchild of Little Big Town read: “Why does the blonde in Little Big Town have hair like a Zoolander villain?” As the rest of the band laughed at the tweet, the curly-headed blonde in question, Kimberly Schlapman, tried to stifle her laughter. “Aww, man!” she said.
“It’s not a hooker convention, it’s a Dolly Parton concert,” the “Jolene” singer read. “I guess I should feel hurt but I don’t because I patterned my look after a hooker.”
President Barack Obama, George Clooney, Carrie Underwood, Britney Spears, Lady Gaga, Chris Pratt, Cate Blanchett and Kobe Bryant are among the many stars who have previously appeared on Kimmel’s Mean Tweets segment.
Jimmy Kimmel Live! airs on ABC weeknights at 11:35 p.m. ET.
