So long! Farrah Abraham doesn’t waste time before firing one of her Froco employees in a new sneak peek for the Monday, October 24, episode of Teen Mom OG.
The MTV star sits down with her frozen yogurt employee, Kiana, and the seemingly harmless discussion takes a turn for the worse when Abraham questions her store manager’s job performance.
“How am I supposed to have a manager here who cannot simply open things, clean up after themselves, figure things out?” the 25-year-old shop owner asks after Kiana failed to clean the yogurt machine. “I can’t have that.”
The young manager won’t go quietly and claps back, “I’ve never been mistreated like this.”
Abraham quickly goes on the defensive, but the disgruntled Texas-based employee was not backing down. “You’re saying it’s my fault, but you showed me one time how to clean the machine.” She adds, “You’re passing blame onto me.”
Not in any mood for excuses, the reality TV mainstay replies, “It’s my fault and you should not have worked here … I think it’s best that you put your uniform in the office. You will receive your pay for tomorrow.”
Though Kiana offers a quick rebuttal, the mother of one has to have the last word, stating, “I’m severancing the relationship because it feels like there isn’t an open-mindedness. I don’t need to argue; I’m done.”
This is certainly not the first time the entrepreneur has become angered by her staff. On last week’s episode, the MTV veteran yelled at her father, Michael Abraham, after he tried to help out at the business.
Even Michael couldn’t take his daughter’s explosive outbursts and walked away, yelling, “Get off my ass!”
