Amanda Seyfried stepped out in New York City on Thursday, December 1, with fiancé Thomas Sadoski after the Last Word star’s rep confirmed to Us Weekly that she is pregnant and expecting her first child with the 40-year-old actor.
Seyfried, 30, kept her baby bump bundled up in a long wool coat despite the city’s unseasonably warm 55-degree temperature. Sadoski kept it casual in a button-down, blue jeans and zip-up hoodie as he walked his ladylove’s beloved dog, Finn.
As previously reported, the Mean Girls alum debuted her baby bump in a sheer black minidress at the launch of Givenchy’s new fragrance, Live Irrésistible, on Tuesday, November 29. Seyfried is a spokesmodel for the brand.
Her pregnancy comes just one month after Us Weekly exclusively revealed that she and the Newsroom actor got engaged. The parents-to-be met in 2015 when they starred together in the play The Way We Get By. They began dating shortly after filming The Last Word this past year.
“Tommy and Amanda recently got engaged and shared the happy news with family and close friends,” an insider previously told Us not long after Sadoski popped the question.
In 2015, Seyfried opened up to Marie Claire UK about her desire to start a family. “I keep feeling like my eggs are dying off. I need to get on it. I want a child. Badly. I want to be a mother, badly,” she told the magazine. “That’s what I feel. I’ve been feeling it for, like, two years.”
