World, meet Essex Reese Rosenbaum! Bachelorette alum Ashley Hebert and her husband, J.P. Rosenbaum, welcomed their second child, a baby girl named Essex, on Friday, November 4.
"Ashley and I are so excited to welcome this sweet and beautiful child into the world," Rosenbaum tells Us Weekly. "She is the perfect little princess and we can't wait to take her home! Fordy is going to make a great big brother and he can't wait to meet 'baby.' Both mommy and baby are doing great!"
As first reported by People, Essex, who they will call Essie for short, was born via caesarean section at 10:38 a.m. in Miami, Florida, and weighs 7 pounds, 11 ounces and measures 19 inches long.
“Both mommy and beautiful baby Essie are doing great!” Rosenbaum, 39, told the site. The couple, who got engaged during season 7 of The Bachelorette in 2011, also shared a photo of their little girl from the hospital room shortly after Hebert gave birth.
The new mom shared an adorable photo of her newborn daughter via Instagram on Saturday, November 5, writing, "Introducing Essex Reese Rosenbaum."
The former reality star announced her pregnancy in May via Instagram. “I can’t hold it in any longer … My heart is bursting with love now that we’re #ClearblueConfirmed!” Hebert captioned a snap of a blackboard which read “Ashley + JP + Ford + Baby Girl = [Heart].”
“These booties are just the start, can’t wait to stock up on cute tutus and sparkles for my #babygirl!,” she added, revealing her baby’s gender.
The couple, who said “I do” during a televised wedding in December 2012, are already parents to son Fordham Rhys, 2.
