The site reports that the former couple’s custody arrangement is overseen by Ian Russ, Ph.D. — an Encino, California-based doctor who specializes in child-parent conflict and extreme parental conflict, among other areas.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, Russ determines when and how Pitt, 52, sees his and Jolie’s six kids, Maddox, 15, Pax, 13, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 8. TMZ reports that the deal — which reportedly must stay in place until there’s a court order, or if and when both parents agree to change it — states that the “frequency and conditions of the therapeutic visitation shall be determined by” Dr. Rus. Additionally, Jolie, 41, and the Allied actor must participate in group therapy sessions with their children.

TMZ also reports that Pitt must submit to drug and alcohol tests at least four times a month.

However, a source tells Us that their child visitation agreement hasn’t changed. “A judge didn’t do anything. This is not a new development or change, this is still part of the voluntary pre-existing agreement between Brad and Angelina,” the insider tells Us of the temporary arrangement, which was decided upon back in October. “This document is just about what is and has been in place since they came to the agreement months ago. At some point Brad will file to change it.”
