There weren't any tables flipped on Sunday's episode of Real Housewives of New Jersey, but Teresa Giudice still managed to get her point across when confronted by sister-in-law Melissa Gorga.
In what was arguably one of the most epic RHONJ spats of all time, Gorga, 32, took Giudice, 39, to task for calling her a gold digger and insinuating that she'd leave her husband, Joe Gorga, if a richer man came along.
Pulling Giudice aside at the Housewives' solstice party, Gorga stuck up for herself and her seven-year marriage. "I'm a good wife, a good mother — everything [Joe's] ever wanted — and there's nothing you can do to break that," Gorga fumed, demanding an apology. "Don't be a coward: apologize to me. That's my husband!"
Holding her own in the spat — which also dealt with Giudice's refusal to accept the fact that her husband, Joe Giudice, went to "jail" versus went "away" — Giudice didn't see the need to apologize for the dig. "I know in my heart I didn't do anything. She's not getting an apology from me," Giudice said in a voiceover aired mid-fight.

When Gorga admitted her husband was so hurt by his sister's comment about his wife that he cried on her shoulder, Giudice took another dig at the fan favorite couple. "To me, I have nothing to cry about — there is something wrong with their relationship," Giudice said.
Calling Giudice a "coward" for storming off during their argument, Gorga wasn't the only Housewife shocked by her costar's actions.
Caroline Manzo — herself a frequent target of Giudice's barbs — remained firmly on Team Melissa after the argument.
Reasoned Manzo: "You can only be the punching bag for so long. Melissa and Joe may have to distance themselves for their family's safety."
