"We can't have more kids. Yeah, I'm fixed," the reality star admitted. The Pennsylvania native — who still happily waits tables back home — already has eight children with ex-wife Kate Gosselin. The pair's relationship has been drama-filled since their 2009 divorce, with the most recent debacle involving Kate claiming last August that her ex hacked into her phone and computer to access information for the unauthorized tell-all book, Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled the World.

"That lawsuit is over. She dismissed the case," Jon told Williams during his sit-down interview on Jan. 14. "I guess I proved her wrong or she didn't want to continue down that road. But Wendy, if I could do those things, I wouldn't be sitting here now. I'd be working for the NSA."

Jon has been vocal about keeping his kids -out of the public eye since the family's TLC show Jon & Kate Plus 8, which ended in 2011 after four years. And warns that he would go to bat if a reality show were ever to be put back on the table again.

"I'll fight it," he said. "I don't need the money, I'll just go to work. Because I fought so hard to get my kids off of television. It didn't work in civil court, it didn't work with TLC, it didn't work with anyone so I had to go to family court and try and stop it." He added: "My kids go to private school. They also have trusts. They have education trusts. They have other trusts. Kate and I put 80 percent of the gross of the income in a trust for three years for them. They're fine."

And as for 38-year-old Kate, the two still remain in contact — well, sort of. "We just text, we don't talk to each other," he explained. "I only know what she says about me by the media."

Indeed, last November Kate blasted Jon after he told Oprah Winfrey on OWN's Where Are They Now that his kids have "developmentally" problems since their TLC days. "Because he has spoken negatively about our children, I feel I owe it to them to respond on their behalf," Kate wrote on her blog in response.

She added: "Each and every one of our children has met and continues to exceed all physical, mental, and emotional developmental milestones throughout their lives. Their normal development is regularly monitored by myself, their pediatrician, and school staff, as is usual within any family."

The pair share twin daughters Cara and Madelyn, 13, and sextuplets Alexis, Hannah, Aaden, Collin, Leah, and Joel, 9.
