Miley Cyrus has been teasing snippets from her upcoming “Adore” video all week — and on Christmas Day, the full, raunchy clip from the lush, gorgeous ballad leaked online one day earlier than planned. The 21-year-old superstar seemed to take the leak in stride. “We all know Smilers would break another record if it wasn’t for the f-–k face who leaked my video. Alllllll good! Keep smiling :)”
The third single off of Cyrus’ acclaimed Bangerz album, “Adore” features fewer props than record-breaking predecessors “We Can’t Stop” and “Wrecking Ball.”
In the still-titillating clip, the excommunicated Disney star wears bra-and-panties (and less) writing underneath bed sheets, posing for a small video camera seen onscreen; as the sweet, emotional love song progresses (“When you say you love me, no I love you more . . . ) Cyrus simulates masturbation.
Overbearing imagery aside, the bestselling Bangerz album made it on many of the year’s best albums list. Cyrus kicks off her Bangerz tour on Feb. 14 with Icona Pop and Sky Ferreira in Vancouver.
