Finally!
After announcing on April 25 they adopted a second child, Katherine Heigl and husband Josh Kelley stepped out for the first time with their new daughter in Beverly Hills, Calif. the day before Mother’s Day.
The couple visited friends on Saturday and carried their precious new baby in a car seat covered with a blanket. Heigl, 33, looked stylish in cropped white pants and wedges as she helped carry in things from her car.
A rep for the One for the Money actress confirmed to Us Weekly in April that the couple had recently adopted their second child. No other details were available at the time and Heigl still hasn’t revealed her daughter’s name.
Heigl and singer Kelley, 32, married in 2007 and adopted their first child, daughter Naleigh, from South Korea in 2009.
“Josh and I started talking about [adoption] before we were even engaged,” Heigl told Scholastic Parent & Child in February. “My sister Meg is Korean, and my parents adopted her three years before I was born. I wanted my own family to resemble the one I came from, so I always knew I wanted to adopt from Korea.”
