Set the bar high for the new Bond film, Skyfall, because Bond girl Berenice Marlohe says it won't disappoint!
"Fans really can expect all the key ingredients that have made this franchise last for 50 years — action, sense of humor, the characters are very high in colors," Marlohe told reporters at the Cannes Film Festival Monday (via The Inquisitr). "They have a fantastic cast and a fantastic director. They really can expect one of the better, if not the best Bond ever. I really think they will really enjoy it."
Marlohe, a 33-year-old French actress and model, stars opposite Daniel Craig (aka James Bond) in the film, the 23rd film in the franchise and Craig's third time as the British spy. She kept quiet on her character Severine's role in the film, but had great things to say about working with Craig.
"He's a wonderful guy, he's very serious while working but at the same time he has a great sense of humor and beautiful humanity," she said. "He's truly a great person. All of those things are what makes someone sexy or attractive."
Skyfall already got fans excited this week with the release of its first trailer Monday. In the film, Bond has his loyalty to M (Judi Dench) tested as he tracks down the threat again M16.
The Sam Mendes-directed film — set to open in theaters and IMAX on Nov. 9 — also stars Ralph Fiennes, Javier Bardem, Naomie Harris, Albert Finney and Ben Whishaw.
