Earl Charles Spencer, 47, the younger brother of the late Princess Diana, wed Canadian philanthropist Karen Gordon, 38, at Spencer's ancestral home in England on Saturday.
The couple exchanged vows in a private civil ceremony followed by a blessing within the grounds of Althorp where Diana is buried, The Telegraph reports.
Spencer's nephews, Prince William, 28, and Prince Harry, 27, were not in attendance, nor was Duchess Catherine, 29. (William had prior work commitments at RAF Valley in Anglesey, while his younger brother had a "long-standing private engagement" of his own.)
The wedding ceremony was followed by a lunch reception for approximately 170 guests, including the Earl's sisters, Lady Sarah McCorquodale and Lady Jane Fellowes.
This isn't the first time Spencer has taken a wife. On September 16, 1989, he wed model Victoria Lockwood, with whom he shares four children (Lady Kitty Eleanor, 20, twins Lady Eliza Victoria and Lady Amelia, 18, and Louis Frederick John Spencer, Viscount Althorp, 17). After divorcing in 1997, he tied the knot with Caroline Freud in 2001. They have two children together (the Honorable Edmund Charles, 7, and Lady Lara Caroline, 5).
Gordon, who previously worked as a hotel receptionist and a model, has two daughters with her former husband, Hollywood producer Mark Gordon (whose credits include Saving Private Ryan, Grey's Anatomy and The Patriot).
Following her 2003 divorce, Gordon founded Whole Child International, a charity for orphans.
According to The Telegraph, the couple will spend most of their time in the United States, where Gordon has a home in Pacific Palisades, Calif.
Spencer attended William and Kate's April 29 wedding at the Westminster Abbey, where, just 14 years earlier, he gave a controversial eulogy regarding his sister's treatment by the royal family at Diana's funeral.
