Toni Braxton's broke — but not broken.

A month after filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy again — claiming up to $50 million in unpaid debts — the singer, 43, tells UsMagazine.com she's doing fine.

"Everything's good," Braxton told Us at Tuesday's Bag Ladies Lunches fundraiser for Lupus L.A.. "It's going to be good. It's going to be great."

How is the "Unbreak My Heart" chanteuse coping with her latest financial crisis (she first filed for bankruptcy in 1998)?

"I've just started Pilates with a machine," she said, "and the classes have been helping me feel a little more centered."

The star is currently filming her new WE reality show Braxton Family Values, which debuts in March. "It's not my favorite," she admitted. "I'm not going to lie. I'm kind of used to it as an entertainer but it is an adjustment."

Meanwhile, she's planning a no-frills Thanksgiving and holiday season. "We're going to hang out and make the best stuffings and things like that. We all wrap a gift, nothing over ten dollars. It's Secret Santa. You have to be really creative with ten dollars."

Not that Braxton has totally sworn off her expensive habits. At the "Bag Ladies" auction, she contemplated bidding on some pricey handbags. "I heard there was a Birkin bag they were auctioning off," she said. "I have two already, but I kind of want to see!"
