Gary Coleman's loved ones — including his long-estranged parents –are getting ready to say their final goodbyes.

The actor's funeral will be held Friday or Saturday at a funeral home in the Salt Lake City, Utah, area, his attorney Randy Kester told UsMagazine.com. "At this point, it looks like it's going to be held at a place called Lake Hills Mortuary," Kester added.  "We haven't pinned that down exactly yet."

He added that Coleman's parents Sue and Willie Coleman — who saw little of their son in the past twenty years after a bitter lawsuit — plan to attend the service. Kester spoke with Sue Coleman "a couple days ago." "It's been kind of hard" for Sue, he said. "There are a lot of emotions surrounding all of it." (Coleman sued his parents in 1989 for stealing a large part of his fortune.)

How are Gary's wife Shannon Price and other family members holding  up? "They seem to be doing OK," he said. "It's still kind of shocker. Even I think back, 'Oh my gosh!' You know? Gary's really gone. It's one of those things that you  keep trying to get your mind around."

Wife Shannon is "doing better…everyone's trying to get caught up and preoccupied with all of the administrative things, and trying not to be sad about it."

The 4-foot-8 star of 1980s sitcom Diff'rent Strokes died on Friday at age 42; after a fall, he suffered a brain hemorrhage, and had slipped into a coma by Thursday afternoon.

In a statement read aloud by her brother on Friday, Shannon Price said that it was "so comforting to the family to know how beloved [Coleman] still is."
