Team USA’s gymnastics phenoms Aly Raisman, Gabby Douglas and Jordyn Wieber sure could have given the Bachelor Pad cast a few pointers when the reality stars performed an Olympics-inspired rhythmic gymnastics routine to stay in the competition Monday.

Judged by Bachelorette couple Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum — along with 2000 Olympian Tasha SchwikertKalon McMahon, Erica Rose, Michael Stagliano and their costars were tasked with learning choreography for a routine performed with the aid of ribbons and hula hoops. At stake this week: Immunity and the chance to go on a date with three contestants of the winners’ choosing.

Taking the stage first, the men impressed the judges — and put their competitors to shame. “Erica Rose definitely looked the most ridiculous. She was [flailing] around and not really going with the routine,” Chris Bukowski said of Rose, who was declared the worst-performing female by Schweiger, Hebert and Rosenbaum.

Emily Maynard‘s Bachelorette nemesis McMahon was also unimpressed by the ladies’ routine. “It took any and all pressure off once we saw how terrible the girls were. Like, shopping and gymnastics…what the f–k else do you have to do in your life?!” he snapped.

In the end, the men won the week’s competition, with Stagliano and Blakeley Shea being named the top performers. Praised gymnast Schwikert: “Everyone gets an A for effort because it’s not easy to put on a spandex leotard and do a routine.”

The episode’s drama didn’t stop with the hilariously awkward gym routines. Also on Monday’s show, twin contestants Brittany and Erica Taltos — formerly of Jersey Shore fame — got into an epic blowout and decided to quit the series, much to the delight of their competitors.

Due to their voluntary exit, no females were eliminated from the mansion this week, but Monday was the end of the road for 32-year-old virgin Ryan Hoag, from DeAnna Pappas‘ season of The Bachelorette, who got the boot over veteran Ed Swiderski.
