The 2012 Time 100 has called out some very familiar names in their annual "Most Influential People in the World" list.
Coming as no surprise, both Kate, 30, and Pippa Middleton, 28, have found themselves slotted in among politicians, athletes and entrepreneurs.
"The Middletons have become avatars of aspiration. Other women aim to dress like them, to emulate their easy athleticism and their more problematic slenderness," their blurb on Time.com says. (Kate's Alexander McQueen wedding dress designer, Sarah Burton, also holds a spot on the list.)
Another Brit to hold the honor? Adele, 23, who, according to fellow recording artist Pink, "renews hope in me that the world I live in has good taste — that we still occasionally come back to what's simple, and simply amazing. I can't wait to hear what she does next."
Adds fashion designer Stella McCartney of honoree Rihanna, 24, "She's one of the coolest, hottest, most talented, most liked, most listened to, most followed, most impressive artists at work today, but she does it in her own stride."
Also honored for their greatness on this year's Time 100 list: SNL comedienne Kristen Wiig, acerbic TV host/actress Chelsea Handler, young quarterback prodigy Tim Tebow and The Help stars Viola Davis and Jessica Chastain.
