Maria Menounos and Keven Undergaro visit "Extra" at The Grove on May 9, 2012 in Los Angeles, California.

After dating for nearly a decade, Maria Menounos knows she's found The One in producer Keven Undergaro. What she's not so sure about, however, is whether she wants to make things official by saying "I do."

"I think there was definitely a moment where we could have done it. And then there were family things and we were like, 'No,'" the Extra co-host, 34, explains on Bethenny Frankel's eponymous talk show (airing July 12). "Not the right time."

"The timing didn't quite work out in the beginning when we really kind of felt it. And then after that, we got so busy," she continues. "And we kind of realized, 'Well, do we really need to get married?' I don't know. And that's still kind of a question in my mind: Are you supposed to get married? Do you have to get married? It doesn't look like it works out that well a lot unfortunately, so it scares me."

According to Menounos, her family wasn't always so sure about Undergaro. "My Dad was very upset at first that he wasn't Greek," the former Dancing With the Stars competitor says. "That was a massive hurdle to get over."

They eventually grew to love Undergaro, according to Menounos — so much so that they're pressuring them to start a family. "I do want to have children," she says.

"Isn't that law in Greece?" Frankel, 41, jokes. "Don't you just have to have children?"

Says Menounos: "Well, if you talk to my parents, absolutely. 'Maria, life — it means nothing without the kids. . . '"
