A law enforcement source told Us Wednesday that the two broke into the woman's Ohio home in May seeking information but were then turned in by a tabloid after it discovered how the material was obtained.

Matthew Broderick's rep said in a statement that the couple has "complete faith in the legal system" and "looks forward to the healthy delivery of their daughters later on this summer."

Davis, too, said she can't wait to welcome her Sex and the City costar's twin girls.

"We obviously are eagerly awaiting the birth of the babies," she told Us. "Of course, I am thrilled."

Although the star said that she read the script for the upcoming SATC sequel, which they will begin filming in August, she won't reveal any plotlines, including a rumor that Parker will become pregnant.

"I cannot give you any hints," she teased. "I am contractually obligated not to give you any hints."
