And the first one to go from season 11 of Dancing with the Stars is . . .

Mike Catherwood — the buff radio DJ known to fans as "Psycho Mike," who scored the lowest combined scores for his first and second week dances (30 out of a possible 60) with pro partner Lacey Schwimmer.

After Catherwood, 32, and Schwimmer danced the jive on Monday, judges praised Catherwood's improvement but urged him to work on his technique.

Len Goodman confessed he was "smiling" during Catherwood's sexy routine — but it was "still a bit rough."

Squeaking past for another week were fellow bottom three dancers Wendy Williams and Sugar Ray Leonard.

"It sucks to be sent home first!" Catherwood admitted. Still, he said his brief stint was "nothing but a pleasurable experience," and he gushed over his partner. "She's equally if not more beautiful on the inside."

Before getting the boot, the duo got some flack for their erotically tinged rehearsals.

"A representative said Dancing with the Stars has told Lacey Schwimmer, my partner, [and me], that we need to focus more on dancing and less on raw, pure sexual tension," Catherwood told Access Hollywood.

"Yeah, we are very touchy-feely, yeah, we are comfortable with each other, [but] it's more of a playfulness," Schwimmer told UsMagazine.com at a recent event. "It's the stuff that we actually talk about on camera that we need to wrap it up with. It's all in fun."
