Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher are competitive, but not in the ways one might think.
"I won't say he has as much clothes or shoes as I do, but he has way more than what your normal man would have," Underwood, 29, said on Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM radio show Thursday. "I'd say he's close. He's rivaling my shoe collection."
Underwood added that her hockey player husband, 31, "is a really good blend of man's man, but he likes to shop! He cares about his appearance."
The couple, who met in 2008 and wed in 2010, are in no rush to start a family. "We're good. I'm super busy and he is super busy. We are still newlyweds," Underwood, 29, explained to Us Weekly backstage at American Idol in L.A. May 3. "I honestly think that if we brought a kid into it would mess things up right now! We're good right now!"
For the time being, the spouses are happy to raise Underwood's two pets, Ace and Penny. "'My kids' are the dogs," she explained. "Mike will send me pictures of them on a daily basis and makes sure that I know they are okay."
