More scrutiny for Tiger.

The New York Post called him "Tubby Tiger" on its over Thursday.

NBC Sports blogger Rick Chandler remarked: "I'm not saying that Tiger is in any danger of getting booted off of an airplane and his seat given to Kevin Smith [the director who was kicked off a Southwest Airlines flight because he was deemed too fat]. It's just that it's clear there was no lock on the fridge at Gentle Path [where Woods reportedly was treated for sex addiction]."

Sniped one Faded Youth Blog commenter: "He really looks fat. Hope that trainer helps him get into shape." Added another: "He looks pear shaped."

Woods — who has said he works out three hours as many as six days a week — has previously talked about his weight struggles.

In a 2007 Men's Fitness interview, he said he was scraggly growing up. When he left Stanford University in 1996 after his sophomore year, the 6-foot-2 athlete weighed just 158 lbs.

"Dad would say, 'You probably won’t hit your optimal weight until you're 30 or 35,'" Woods said. "I said, 'I'm trying to put on weight.' He said, 'It ain't gonna happen. When the body says it's time to fill out, it'll fill out.'"
