Bad news for the Winklevi!
Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss, the real-life twins immortalized in The Social Network movie, got some bad news from a San Francisco judge on Monday: they cannot back out of the settlement they reached in 2008 with Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg.
The 29-year-old twins, played by Armie Hammer, 24, in the Oscar-nominated film, claimed that Zuckerberg, 26, stole their idea for the social networking site in 2003 while they were students at Harvard University.
The Wall Street Journal reports that the brothers received an estimated $20 million in cash and $45 million in Facebook stock from their 2008 settlement. However, the Winklevosses returned to litigation in 2010, claiming they were misinformed about the company's value when they agreed to the settlement.

Judge Alex Kozinski issued a statement saying that the twins weren't the first parties bested by a competitor. He wrote in a statement: "For whatever reason, they now want to back out. We see no basis for allowing them to do so. At some point, litigation must come to an end. That point has now been reached."
