Kelly Osbourne has been in and out of rehab since 2004, but the now-clean star has opened up to Usmagazine.com about the dangers of drugs and diet pills.

"It just seems like most of the females I know would rather do that than do it healthy," she told Us at the Terminator Salvation premiere in Hollywood on Thursday. The star, 24, admitted that she was one of those women. "I definitely did [take diet pills]," Osbourne told Us. "Of course. I live in L.A. — every female does. I started hanging with people in Hollywood. You can never say that someone forced you or got you into it, but as a result of hanging out, the door was opened on what ways there are to lose weight and not really have to work out." She even told Us that she used Adderall, the same prescription drug — usually given to people for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder — that Us Weekly reported super-skinny Lindsay Lohan uses to stay thin.

"Adderall … I did abuse because it was fun," she said. "If you take them as they are prescribed, I don't think there is a problem with them. They help people get healthy… You just have to do it the right way." Osbourne, who said she is now simply trying to remain "healthy," recommends that anyone considering diet pills only take them through a therapist.

"I think that is the only way you can do it," she said. "You have to have someone checking in and make sure you are held accountable and doing things the right way. There is no such thing as a quick fix for anything in life. You do the shortcut and the long road is still there hitting you in the back." Still the reality star can't help but get annoyed when people comment on her weight struggles.

"I am not the poster girl for fat, and the media has labeled me that," she told Us at a T-Mobile launch event in L.A. Thursday. "They are like, 'Kelly is a full-figured girl.' You know what, there is no full figure and there is no slim figure, everybody has a different body no matter how badly everyone strives to have the same one." She added: "You have a different one, and this is mine."
