Lindsay Lohan to Undergo “Rigorous Outpatient” Rehab; Psychotherapy

Now that Lindsay Lohan has been released from rehab, what's next for the 24-year-old actress?

She will undergo "fairly rigorous outpatient" treatment, her civil attorney Ed McPherson tells UsMagazine.com.

Indeed, at a Wednesday morning hearing at a Beverly Hills courthouse, Judge Elden Fox prescribed strict new terms of supervised probation for the star, which will last until November 1, 2010.

Among Judge Fox's orders: Lohan, 24, must reside at her Los Angeles-area home, and is not permitted to leave the state until the end of this period; she must attend psychotherapy sessions five times  per week; she must speak with a "chemical dependency mentor" at least seven times a week; she must attend meetings for a 12-step dependency program five times a week, and submit to behavioral therapy twice weekly.  Most importantly, Lohan will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing at least twice a week.

If Lohan ever tests positive for drugs or alcohol, she'll receive 30 days in jail.

Judge Elden also confirmed that he issued an order at 5pm Tuesday evening releasing the Mean Girls actress from UCLA Medical Center. A progress report is scheduled for November 1.

Earlier this month, she was released early from jail due to good behavior after serving 13 days of a 90-day sentence for violating probation in her DUI case.

Lohan "has changed," attorney Holley told UsMagazine.com. "She is positive and looking forward. I hope you will support her."
