Charlie Sheen is no longer "winning" the TV payday game.

According to Forbes, his Two and a Half Men replacement, Ashton Kutcher, is now the highest paid actor working in television. Kutcher, 34, reportedly earned $24 million between May 2011 and May 2012, while Sheen, 47, isn't even included on the list. Sheen scored the top spot last year with his whopping $40 million 2010-2011 paycheck. (In order to figure out their rankings, Forbes looks at combined earnings from all of an actor's projects, including TV and movie paychecks, endorsement deals and business ventures.)

Tied for second place on the list — with $18 million in earnings this past year — are House's Hugh Laurie and Ray Romano (thanks mostly to his Ice Age role and the royalties he earns from Everybody Loves Raymond re-runs).

Rounding out the top five? Alec Baldwin and NCIS' Mark Harmon each earned approximately $15 million, tying for fourth, while Tim Allen raked in about $14 million, from his role on ABC's Last Man Standing, Home Improvement re-runs and his gig as beloved Toy Story protagonist Buzz Lightyear.

Though he isn't exactly earning the big network sitcom bucks these days, Sheen is still worth a reported $75 million. Earlier this year, he pledged to donate over $1 million, plus one percent of his Anger Management salary, to the United Service Organization.
