Long before meeting Jolie, Pitt purchased this 5,338-square-foot Los Feliz, California, home for $1.7 million in 1994 (its previous owner was Cassandra Peterson, who played Elvira, Mistress of the Dark). The couple expanded their digs by buying the three adjacent properties in the area.
The Jolie-Pitt family woke up in this $60 million, 48-acre waterfront estate in the winter of 2009, while the Lara Croft: Tomb Raider actress filmed the thriller Salt nearby. Located on the North Shore of Long Island, the estate reportedly includes two helipads, a private dock and an 11-bedroom staff house.
