Edie Falco isn't the first person to fall in love with Stella McCartney's Saskia stretch cady and mesh gown.
The Nurse Jackie actress, 49, wore the belted ensemble to the 64th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards at the Nokia Theatre in L.A. September 23 — five months after model/actress Brooklyn Decker, 25, wore it to the Tokyo premiere of Battleship! (Supermodel Shalom Harlow, 38, was the first star to wear the dress; She debuted the look at the fashion designer's presentation in London February 18.)
"It was suggested to me and I immediately loved it," Falco told ABC's Josh Elliott, 41, of her decision to wear the dress. "It's very comfortable and it's very easy. People help me who are better at this stuff and maybe enjoy it more, so I trust them."

(Gwyneth Paltrow, 39, Katherine Jenkins, 32, and Kate Moss, 38, have each donned black variations of the same Stella McCartney gown.)
Falco was nominated in the Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series category, but lost to Veep's Julia Louis-Dreyfus, 51. Though she didn't anticipate winning, Falco — mom to son Anderson, 7, and daughter Macy, 4 — said she was thrilled to be in such good company.
"I'm so happy to be working and to be here and to see my friends," the single star said. "A lot of us came up together through the ranks and we get to see each other like, 'Look at this! It all worked out.'"
