Nail-ed it.
Nail art aficianado Katy Perry rocked a manicure that looked positively presidential during Barack Obama’s “30 Days to Victory” fundraiser in L.A. Sunday night.
The “Part of Me” singer, 27, took to Twitter to show off her colorful tips, which she donned for her performance at the concert benefitting POTUS’ re-election campaign.
“Appropriate nails,” she captioned the image of her patriotic manicure, boasting stars, stripes, and images of Obama’s face on four of her fingers.
Perry wasn’t the only A-list performer at the event Sunday evening; Jennifer Hudson, Jon Bon Jovi and Earth, Wind & Fire also performed, while Stevie Wonder brought the house down with his closing song.
“It was an incredible show,” Obama said in a speech following the concert. “These guys, and everybody here, are incredible professionals and such great friends, and they just perform flawlessly night after night.”
Referencing his own performance in the debate last Wednesday, Obama joked, “Uhm, I can’t say the same.”
