Kate's Great: Alabama-born sisters Catherine and Allison, who just released their EP You'll Be Mine have lived in NYC for 10 years, but their style icon is a Brit: "Kate Moss is amazing. You can look back at pictures of her from two decades ago and what she's wearing still could be something you'd wear today. She's stayed very classic and cool," says Catherine.
Signature style: For Allison, it's "bohemian and relaxed yet sexy, vintage with a hint of mod," while younger sis Catherine goes for comfort with a heavy emphasis on accessories. "An outfit is your canvas then accessories are what you have fun with," she says. "I love long necklaces, earrings, things with fringe, just things that add little elements of interest."
Fall finds: "I just bought this little leather, black bustier from All Saints," Catherine says. Allison, who recently picked up black Chelsea heeled boots from Urban Outfitters and a trench shirt from Victoria's Secret, adds, "We shop in the same places and have very similar ideas about clothes." Isabel Marant is a shared favorite designer, while the two love browsing at Top Shop and vintage stores such as Geminola in the West Village.
