It's not easy being a teen mom — just ask 16 and Pregnant's Jordan Ward.
In Tuesday's all-new episode, the MTV reality star, 18, breaks down during an emotional interview with Dr. Drew Pinsky. "I don't want to rely on Brian [Finder]," Jordan sobs. "Sure, he's my husband, but I want to make something of myself."
While her twin sister Jessica proudly announces that she's the first person in her family to attend college, Jordan — currently pregnant with baby No. 2 –tearfully admits that her priorities changed when son Noah was born in July 2010.
"Our plans have changed drastically. For Brian to go to college, that costs money, and we can't just do student loans," Jordan explains. "We're going to have to pay that back, so the Air Force was the best thing for us."
