Melissa McCarthy's got the moves!
The Bridesmaids star made her Saturday Night Live hosting debut this weekend, and brought the funny right from the start of her opening monologue.
"I'd like to say goodnight to my two kids, Viv and Georgie. Go to bed now, 'cause mama's about to get pretty inappropriate. Seriously, Grandma, get them out of the room," she said, referring to her four- and one-year-old daughters. "They're still getting over the sink scene from Bridesmaids. You know, night terrors. It's not pretty."
As self-proclaimed dance fan McCarthy, 41, launched into her song-and-dance monologue, she called upon her Bridesmaids BFF Kristen Wiig for an assist. "If I'm going to tear it up like I'm going to tear it up, I want one of my best pals on the boards with me: Fellow professional dancer Kristen Wiig!"
From there, McCarthy — clad in a sparkly dress, matching hat and sexy six-inch heels — worked the SNL stage while scatting along with Wiig. (Watch a clip above)
McCarthy's goofy monologue wasn't her only choice SNL bit. She also sported buck teeth and mega muscles as Miss Oktoberfest, asked Jason Sudeikis if he was her "Italian Stallion" and was picked up in a bar by Andy Samberg.
