The 21-year-old is a finalist in Rolling Stone's "Do You Wanna Be a Rock 'n' Roll Star" contest, an elimination-style competition that will give the winner a place on the magazine's cover and a performance slot at Bonnaroo.

And to get her ready for all her upcoming photo shoots, showcases and performances, Garnier Fructis treated Broussard to a hair makeover with the brand's celebrity stylist Peter Butler.

After snipping off a few inches and giving her a messy textured style at her first styling session, Butler moved onto color.

"I used Garnier HerbaShine and put a nice highlight through the front," Butler tells Us Weekly. "[It's] just a little bit of attitude. She looks amazing."
