But the 34-year-old — who proposed to Hebert in Fiji with a $60,000, 3.5-carat Neil Lane sparkler — wasn't all business on his first day back.

Fitting in a bit of press on a local New York radio station, Rosenbaum also signed up for Twitter, and has been communicating with fans!

"Someone pinch me! Still feels like i'm dreaming. 1st tweet ever! Thanks EVERYONE for all the kind words & support! I/We are beyond touched!" he blogged.

In addition to Tweeting back and forth with fellow Bachelorette alum Nick Peterson, Rosenbaum virtually chatted with Bachelorette producer Elan Gale, who encouraged fans to Tweet the reality star.

"Make sure you're following @JP_Rosenbaum. He's at work and needs 3 million emails to pop up on his phone," Gale joked.

The next few months are sure to be busy for Rosenbaum and his bride-to-be Hebert, 27, who announced that they're aiming for a fall 2012 wedding. On the couple's to-do list in the immediate future: Relocate Hebert to New York City!

"I'm so emotionally drained that the only thing I want to do is be in New York with him, go for coffee in the morning and get back to a normal life," Hebert has said.
