The show must go on for Wynonna Judd.

The country star and her band, The Big Noise, are resuming their concert tour on Thursday Aug. 30 — 12 days after her husband Cactus Moser, a musician in her band, had his leg amputated after a grisly Aug. 18 motorcycle accident.

"We continue to feel loved and supported by the outpouring of messages from people around the world. Cactus continues to improve every day as he begins his road to rehabilitation," Judd, 48, said Tuesday in a statement.

Doctors at a Rapid City, South Dakota hospital were forced to amputate 55-year-old Moser's left leg after he and Judd (riding separate motorcycles) collided with an oncoming vehicle in Deadwood, South Dakota.

"We are looking forward to the day when we will be back together on stage again and I believe we will be stronger than ever. Until then I will be out on the road with the rest of the band while I wait lovingly and patiently for my husband to return to The Big Noise," the singer added.

Before revealing remaining tour dates in the U.S. and Canada through December, Judd told well-wishers: "In lieu of flowers, gifts and cards, Cactus is asking for family, friends and fans to make a donation in his name to Homes For Our Troops, a non-profit, non-partisan organization committed to helping military personnel who have returned home with serious disabilities. Cactus will be notified of every dollar donated in his name and you can even include a message to him along with your donation."

Dating since 2009, the couple wed June 10 at her farm in Leiper's Fork, Tenn.
