Charlie Sheen Lands New Movie Role

Still winning! Duh.

Charlie Sheen may no longer have a role on Two and a Half Men, but the 46-year-old actor is headed to the silver screen! Variety reports that Sheen is set to star with Jason Schwartzman in the indie film A Glimpse Inside the Mind of Charlie Swan III.

Roman Coppola is set to write and direct the film which will cover some of Sheen's real-life work. According to the site, the flick "follows a successful graphic designer whose fame, money and charm have made him irresistible to women."

But when Sheen's character's girlfriend breaks up with him, his life heads into a "downward spiral."

Sheen was officially fired from his hit CBS sitcom in March, and producer Chuck Lorre reportedly made the decision to kill off the actor's character in season 9's premiere episode. But the actor recently cut a deal with Lionsgate TV and producer Joe Roth to develop a show based on Adam Sandler's 2003 comedy Anger Management.
