Ever since Fergie and Josh Duhamel tied the knot in early 2009, friends and family have been eager for the couple to start a family. But according to the Black Eyed Peas singer, that's still a long way off.
"I'm not pregnant!" Fergie, 36, told Us Weekly at Wednesday's Avon Foundation Awards Gala in NYC. "There's no specific plans for babies, but we do want to have them in the future."
The California native added that her Black Eyed Peas bandmate Taboo (real name: Jaime Luis Gomez) is "expecting me to be expecting any day now."
"There are a lot of things that I haven't had time to do because I've been so focused on work," Fergie added.
In the meantime, the "I Gotta Feeling" singer said she's looking forward to spending more time with Duhamel, 38, and their extended family this holiday season.
"I'm excited to go back to Minot, North Dakota, for Josh's family and to see that part of my new family, to see my little niece and nephew," she told Us. "I'm also excited to go to Christmas at my mom's. It's always a nice time to reconnect with family."
