Candice Swanepoel is close to pulling a disappearing act.
Shortly before walking the runway for the Nov. 7 Victoria’s Secret fashion show, the lingerie model, 24, flaunted her pin-thin frame on Instagram with a close-up shot of her concave stomach.
“Two days left till the #Vsfashionshow,” she wrote alongside the photo, which shows her protruding hip bones peeking out from a pair of low-slung grey sweatpants.
This isn’t the first time the South African stunner has raised eyebrows because of her super-skinny physique. In 2011, she drew criticism for her barely-there bod when she appeared at a Victoria’s Secret swimwear launch with fellow models Alessandra Ambrosio and Adriana Lima, who looked almost curvy in comparison.
At the time, however, Swanepoel insisted that she was “healthy and happy” and attributed her weight loss to stress and work.
“I get skinnier if I’m very busy,” she told ABC News in 2010.
The blue-eyed bombshell has indeed been busy. She and the other Victoria’s Secret Angels have been hard at work getting into runway-ready shape for the company’s annual fashion show, airing Dec. 4 on CBS.
