Want a Victoria's Secret model body?
Take it from former Victoria's Secret angel Selita Ebanks, it isn't easy.
The model, 26, tells UsMagazine.com that she does "a tremendous amount of cardio" to stay in shape.
"I love to dance. If I could do anything, I just put on some music and dance in front of my mirror for an hour or two, and it’s fun," Ebanks told Us at a Haiti disaster relief fundraiser at Susan Sarandon's club SPiN in NYC Wednesday. "It’s really that simple."
She insists that dancing "is my biggest cardio activity," even over intense workouts with a personal trainer.
"If I had to work out and didn’t want to I would just dance," she says. "I love calypso music."
The single star also recommends focusing on healthy foods, but insists that "everyone's body is different" and that you can't expect all nutrition plans to work.
"It doesn’t work for you to follow someone else’s diet," she tells Us.
"But as I get older, I eat healthier," the Cayman Islands-born model says. "Chicken, less meat, more fish. In the Caribbean, our food is very heavy and I have to cut back on that."
